Covid-19 Update - Committed to keeping our customers safe

We hope that you and your staff are navigating the current Covid restrictions as best as we all can at this time.
 
RFI wishes to share with you a short summary of our ongoing efforts to manage the various impacts of the latest lockdown.
 
In line with the updated restrictions for Greater Sydney and New South Wales, we are following the official government and health guidelines to keep our Sydney office and distribution centre operational, continuing to trade from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

RFI are committed to keeping our team and customers safe and as a COVID Safe Business we continue to implement several safety measures including:

  • All team members adhering to maintaining social distancing when interacting, applying the 4-metre square rule.
  • Mandatory face mask-wearing both in and out of office.
  • Increased cleaning frequency designated hygiene stations throughout the office and warehouse.
  • Requirement of staff to follow good hand hygiene, using alcohol-based sanitising gel.
  • Designated pickup/delivery areas are set up for quick and minimal interaction.
  • All external meetings and site visits have been postponed or conducted via alternate means.
  • Team members may be working from home, however, will continue to support our customer base.
